Welcome

Hi, I’m Rachel

Alongside my career development I have had to meet my own life challenges, limiting beliefs and a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia several years ago.

With hindsight, I can see how I was suffering from stress and then burnout prior to this diagnosis yet I thought it would sort itself out here when things calmed down and life wasn’t so busy. Clearly, it didn’t!

This was definitely not part of my plan for my career trajectory or my life. I was told that there was little to no medical help that the NHS could offer me other than strong painkillers, which can be addictive.

So, I went on my own path to find recovery and I am here now to support you with your pathway.
